I enjoyed the two FC ’13-themed badges Tyger did for me so much that when she opened up again for FC ’14-themed badges, I just KNEW I had to get one! I mean, how could I not jump at the chance to make another classic video game reference? :D

Sadly, I was unable to make the con itself, and thus was unable to wear the badge while there. Fortunately Tyger was kind enough to wear it around for me at AC this year. Thank you Tyger! I plan on wearing it myself at the next con I attend. :)

For those not in the know, this badge is based on the Ghosts ’n Goblins (AKA Ghouls ’n Ghosts) video game series from Capcom. It’s an extremely fun, yet extremely challenging series of 2D side-scrolling platform games that have spanned both arcades and multiple consoles. You play as Sir Arthur, who must rescue his beloved from the demon hoards. Your character starts with a protective suit of armor, but one hit and you must continue fighting in just your underwear. And traditionally, the only way to get the true ending is to beat the game all the way through TWICE.

…Did I mention the extremely challenging part? <_<;

At any rate, Tyger did an AMAZING job capturing Arc in the role of Sir Arthur. Certainly if I need to get more art of Arc in his underwear, I know just the person to go to! ^_~
