The request for a blinking animation was simply "Lugia," which I have happily done here, along with the shiny version as a bonus. The animated version wouldn't upload properly, so you are currently viewing a static image (the animated ones are linked below).

These are free to use as icons, so long as I am credited respectively if someone asks.
