A birthday gift for gileskat gileskat, commissioned by archteryx archteryx of his brand new character, Exeter the Carpy. Carpy Diem!

The Carpies were occasional villains from the old Gummi Bears Disney series; rather like the Sparras of Redwall, they were mostly decent but led by a psychotic king (simply "Kingy") that fancied himself a Skeksis from The Dark Crystal.

Exeter is an exile from Carpy Mountain, because he was more interested in making friends then doing mischief to his neighbors. Despite his appearance and the obvious pun (Carpy = Carrion Harpy) he doesn't eat carrion, preferring fish and worms.

I did the the artwork, and Arch did the lettering and layout.
